Structural design for a three-storey mixed-use commercial and residential building in Toronto, completed in 2021. The project features a raft foundation, an elevated reinforced concrete ground-floor slab, and a hybrid structural system incorporating masonry, structural steel, and timber elements. 

   Structural design for a two-storey luxury custom residence, completed in the winter of 2020 in Mississauga. 

  Structural design for a two-storey modern family residence in Scarborough, completed in the summer of 2018. The home features a finished walkout basement, large-span cantilevered balconies at both the main and second floors, and a dramatic sloped ceiling over the central stairwell. 

   Structural design for the renovation and remodelling of an existing single-family home in North York, completed in the summer of 2018. The project included the removal of load-bearing walls to create an open-concept kitchen, structural reinforcement of an existing long-span steel beam to eliminate an interior steel column, and the design for a finished basement. 

     Complete renovation design for an existing single-family home in Toronto, completed in the fall of 2017. The project involved a full redesign of the main floor, conversion of the basement into a legal in-law suite (secondary suite), and the preparation of comprehensive building permit and construction drawings.
